- We comply with all mandatory rules and regulations and all applicable international and local laws, regulations, codes, standards and other requirements to which we subscribe ,that are relevant to safety in our activities, processes and services, mainly the management of our Air and Ocean bulk activities, transportation of cargo, including those related processes, and services that we perform.
- We will implement and maintain suitable instructions and procedures to assure our compliance with such laws, regulations and other requirements, and encourage such compliance from those organizations having interest in our safety performance and success.
- We will promote safe practices in our operation and will provide a safe working environment, by establishing safeguards against all identified risks.
- We will communicate this Safety Policy to employees, clients,contractors, and suppliers to ensure their awareness and understanding of our commitment. We will continuously improve the safety management skills of our personnel, including preparing for emergencies related to safety, by providing regular education and training.
- We will evaluate and continually improve the effectiveness of our safety management system through periodic audits, management reviews, and by achieving our safety objectives.
- We will review this Policy annually for its continuing suitability, in consideration of our safety requirements.
